Hi! I’m Sherry.
I’ve spent over 20 years helping organizations deliver better. I build teams, design repeatable systems, and help clients get to value faster. I’m currently Director of Client Implementations at Avanti Software, where I lead end-to-end onboarding and professional services delivery in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
I’m building this space because I think Professional Services deserves more intentional conversation.
Through my experience from implementation consultant to Director, I have a lot of opinions about what makes delivery work, what kills team culture, and how to build something that scales. I want to write about those things honestly and connect with others who care about the same problems.
When I’m not thinking about time-to-value and onboarding frameworks, you’ll find me at the pottery wheel, out on a trail with my dog, or writing something that has nothing to do with SaaS.
